• We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation of appointments to allow us to serve others in need.

1.2. Cancellation Fee:

• We recognize that life is unpredictable, and exceptions will be made for emergencies. We will waive your first time cancellation fee if you fail to cancel within 24 hours, unless an emergency takes place. However, ($0 for the first time cancellation & $20 for the second cancellation). However, please contact us prior to anything and well help you out.

• Life happens, and we encourage clients to reach out if they need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, based on availability.

• If you're facing an emergency on the day of your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We care about your well-being and will make every effort to find a suitable solution, even if it means rescheduling on the same day or the next available slot.

2. No-Show Policy

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to missed appointments. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

2.2. No-Show Fee:

• While a fee of $20 may be charged for your second no-show appointment, we recognize emergencies happen, and we're here to listen and make exceptions accordingly.
